The Adult Services Division incorporates the following elements into a multi-dimensional quality management plan that assures the delivery of high quality services, protects the rights of program participants, identifies problems as they arise and actively engages in continual program improvement.

The Adult Services Division, an arm of the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living, shares in the mission to "Make Vermont the best state in which to grow old or to live with a disability - with dignity, respect and independence."  As a part of that mission, ASD is responsible for a full array of long-term services and supports for older Vermonters and adults with physical disabilities.
