The Adult Services Division (ASD) is responsible for the management and oversight of a full array of long-term services and supports for older Vermonters and adults with physical disabilities. The ASD supports Vermonters to live as they choose, pursuing their individual goals and preferences within their chosen communities.

The ASD works in partnership with community organizations in each region of the state who provide direct services to people within their area. These organizations provide:

  • In-Home Personal Care
  • Residential Care and Supports
  • Assistive Devices & Home Modifications
  • Community Supports
  • Health & Wellness
  • Case Management
  • Family Supports
